How much time do I have for my picnic?

Picnics typically last 2 hours. You may choose to have your picnic longer at no extra charge. This however must be arranged at the time of booking. Additional time requested the day of your picnic may not be available and/or may incur a fee.

Do you do corporate picnics? Large parties?

Yes ! but we do have a max limit of 30 people.

Can we have our picnic at Boston Commons or in Seaport?

Unfortunately no. Certain Parks in the Boston area have rules that do not allow us to setup on the property. All of these locations do not allow luxury picnic setups.

Can I have my Picnic on a rooftop ?

Yes if you live there ! All rooftops pictured on our website/Instagram page are all private residences.

Can I have my Picnic in my backyard?

Yes ! We love backyard picnics.

What happens if it rains?

We understand that the weather can sometimes be unpredictable. Unlike other picnic companies, we offer full refunds for any picnics that are cancelled due to inclement weather. Alternatively you may choose to move your picnic indoors or reschedule *subject to availability. 

Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable.

Late Policy

We ask that you arrive on time to your event. We are often booked with multiple events in a day and therefore need to leave promptly after the start of your picnic. If you are more than 30 minutes late a late fee may be charged. If you are more than 1 hour late your picnic is subjected to cancellation without refund.

Can I bring my own food ?

YES! A charcuterie board is included in your picnic package but if you want additional food you can bring your own.

Alcohol

Alcohol is prohibited in all Massachusetts parks and beaches. We are not responsible for any incidents that may arise if you choose to bring it.

Do you do kids themed parties?

Unfortunately at this time we do not do kids themed events.

What happened to your igloos? Do you still offer picnics during the Winter?

Our igloo service was discontinued due to supply issues. At this time we are no longer offering igloos or picnics during the winter months (November-April)

Why the price increase this year?

There is ALOT of behind the scene work to pull off a picnic. We have now priced our picnics accordingly to match the time and effort it takes to do so.
